I wasn’t, but I am now in the wrong location

This represents the first stop of a journey from Quarry Bay to Causeway on a strip of reclaimed land (land made by filling a body or water or part of a body of water) in Hong Kong.
Before it became a piece of reclaimed land, people could go and swim in the nearby area where one could find people in swimsuits.
Today, it has become a place for buildings. Is the subject and her action misplaced? Today she is obviously, but she wasn't when that location was waterfront where aquatic activities were proper.
The presence of misplacement versus the absence of an evidence of the past and the resulted strangeness are what I want to bring about in this work.
