Mindful Photography

Focus on the present, without judging if it’s good, bad, beautiful, ugly, photogenic, or not so photogenic and without looking for some particular landscape, scenes or objects—such as sunset, sunrise, blossoming flowers, green mountains, or something that wows and gets me numerous likes on Instagram.

Looking at what’s in front of you without judgement does not mean you don’t think about composition, colors, light, and other elements. Indeed, these are some of the elements that a mindful photographer is aware of.
